おかげさまでエスプリブランも創業から約3年が経ち、システム家具を使ったワンランク上の
空間提案を目的とし、ようやく軌道に乗り始めたところですが、以前 わたし達スタッフが
務めておりました「ip20株式会社」の開発製造元となるドイツ ip20.Die Einrichtungの社長、
ヘイン氏より、「日本のip20倒産後、混乱してしまった日本市場を助けて欲しい…」との連絡を
いただき、倒産の詳しい理由すら知らなかった古巣の手助けが少しでも出来れば…と考え、
ハンブルク本社での話し合いの末、ユーザーに対するお互いの思いが一致している事を確認でき、
2012年初旬より、ip20.Die Einrichtung社製品を独占的に取り扱うこととなりました。

ドイツ ip20.Die Einrichtungは、エスプリブランと一緒に日本の再構築を始めます。
この度、ip20.Die Einrichtungとエスプリブランは、独占販売契約を結ぶと共に、混乱して
しまった日本市場を再構築するため、過去の委託販売方法を反省し、今後は日独相互の意思疎通
が重要不可欠であると考え、エスプリブラン代表の河西氏と小宮氏には、ip20.Die Einrichtung
の社員として、日本エリア総責任者も兼任していただくことになりました。
エスプリブランは、2010年9月、日本のip20倒産後も私達と取引を行ってきた唯一の関係であり、
代表の河西氏と小宮氏は、2008年まで日本のip20で役員をされ、ショールームのデザインや
マーケティング、法人営業開発等を長年行っていた経緯もあり、我が社の信条である
「自らが革新的であること」を理解し、私達と同じ考え方を持つ仲間として、次の10年、20年後
の未来をつくっていきたいと考えております。

ip20.Die Einrichtung starts reconstructing Japan in collaboration with EspritBlanc.
This time, ip20.Die Einrichtung and EspritBlanc entered into an exclusive distributorship
as well as reviewed consignment selling method in the past and agreement considered it
necessary to ensure good communication between Germany and Japan in the future in order to
reconstruct Japanese confused markets, so decided to get Mr. T.Kawanishi and Mrs. M.Komiya
who are representatives of EspritBlanc to be also chief executives in Japanese areas as
ip20's employees.
EspritBlanc is the only one company which has done business with us even after the bankruptcy
of ip20 Japan and the representatives Mr. T.Kawanishi and Mrs. M.Komiya had been executive
officers in ip20 Japan until 2008 and engaged in showroom design, marketing, and company
business development for many years, so they have a full understanding of ip20's philosophy
"Keep ourselves innovative" and are going to build up ip20 over the coming 10 years and
20 years as fellows sharing our views and opinions.
With our new partner, EspritBlanc, we are going to pursue the possibility of interior
